Wendy Tyberek
Director
Wendy leads the development of knowIT’s online learning design, development and delivery capabilities and is responsible for the finance, compliance and reporting functions within knowIT.
Wendy also assists in the sales and customer engagement activities of knowIT.
Her previous roles have included:

- Solution 6 Aust and UK – Accounts Manager, support, Product Manager – GL and practice management products
- MYOB – National Client Service Manager (for accountants)

Tony Negline

He has almost 30 years experience in financial services in a range of senior roles including national technical services manager at ING Funds and Technical Manager at AM Corporation and Aviva Australia.
Tony has written the weekly superannuation and financial services column in The Australian newspaper for almost 13 years. He is also the author of The Essential SMSF Guide 2016/17 published by Thomson Reuters and endorsed by Chartered Accountants, Australia & New Zealand.
Kieren Dell
Investments
Kieren has over 31 years’ of experience in superannuation and financial services, having worked in a variety of corporate roles as well as an independent consultant to the industry.
He is a partner in Praxis Partners, a small consulting firm in financial services. His previous roles was as general manager, financial planning and investments for Perpetual Private Clients, and he has also worked at Barclays Global Investors, Westpac Financial Services, and MLC.
He was involved in the establishment of the Australian Retirement Income Streams Association in the 1990s, becoming its Chairman and first CEO prior to its eventual merger with IFSA (now the FSC). He was also executive director of the Senior Australians Equity Release Association of Lenders (SEQUAL). Kieren holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Sydney University and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Technology, Sydney.
Stuart Milne

Stuart has over 30 years’ experience in the wealth management and superannuation industry. He co-founded Praxis Partners in 2000 and prior to this spent 14 years in various corporate roles spanning product management, operations, product development, strategy and technology at organisations including Zurich Financial Services, Colonial First State, and Aviva Australia.
He has been involved in product design and development across the funds management industry including master funds and wrap accounts, unit trusts/managed investment schemes as well as all types of retirement income stream and superannuation products.
Rachel Lane

Rachel Lane is the Principal of Aged Care Gurus, a partner of knowIT. Rachel writes regular columns on retirement living and aged care for the Sydney Morning Herald, Melbourne’s Age and the Brisbane Times, has co-authored a number of books, including the best-seller Aged Care, Who Cares? and often speaks on radio and television.
Rachel has both professional and personal experience navigating retirement living and aged care: for many years as a specialist financial adviser, and in more recent times helping her grandmother – affectionately known as “Ducky”– to navigate her way through a retirement village, a home care package, and a few respite stays in aged care.
Rachel holds a Masters in Financial Planning which included a research report on aged care in Australia titled “Aged Care; The struggle to provide Quality, Equity, Efficiency, Sustainability and Choice”.
Jemma Briscoe

Jemma Briscoe is the Head of Research and Technical Advice at Aged Care Gurus. Jemma is responsible for delivering the Retirement Living + Aged Care Specialist educational pathway. She provides a range of workshops, webinars and technical support to Financial Planners, Lawyers and Accountants and oversees the online tools and resources for members.
Jemma has personally experienced the stress and financial impact of family members needing aged care. Her passion for educating and supporting the professional advisers comes from understanding first hand that great advice makes a difference, emotionally and financially.
Jemma is both a lecturer and tutor at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS). Jemma holds a Bachelor of Business, a Masters in Applied Finance and is a CPA.
